The controversial move means that 2.8 million trans or non-binary American citizens (close to one percent of the population) now have passports and government documents containing the wrong gender.

And it would appear that status or political allegiance won't save you from the ruling, as registered Republican and Trump supporter Jenner found out when renewing her passport document. After sending her passport off for renewal, Jenner received the document back with an 'M' gender marker, which she had previously changed while transitioning. Jenner initially believed it was a mistake and mailed it back to the State Department – only to have a second one sent out to her with the same gender marker. 

"So now, I’m in a position, Tomi, that… What do I do? This is a safety factor. I can’t travel internationally anymore. I can’t use my passport," she told the Fox News host. "So somebody in my position, who has transitioned, I worked very, very hard. I worked with a law firm to make sure everything was changed from ‘M’ to ‘F,’ right down to my birth certificate," she explained. 

"All my documentation was right, my passport." Revealing that she'd reached out to Trump personally over the matter, The Keeping up with the Kardashians star added: "I was in Mar-a-Lago two months ago, [and] wrote a letter explaining all of this to him, how it’s affecting me and a lot of other people."

The Secret Service guy said he could get it to him, put it on his desk and stuff... I haven't heard from him. He’s kind of busy right now. My gender marker is not big on the issue, OK? So, I get that, and I’m not blaming him whatsoever. I love the guy, and I love what he’s doing." 

Jenner isn't the only high-profile figure to have the wrong gender on her passport, with Euphoria actor Hunter Schafer revealing back in February 2025 that her passport now listed her as 'male'. "I had a bit of a harsh reality check today, and felt like it’s important to share with whoever is listening," the actor and trans-activist said in a TikTok posted last February. However, the former Olympian remains a keen supporter of Trump (Chris Trotman/LIV Golf via Getty Images) However, Jenner has faced a mixed response to her admission, with many people pointing out that she continues to be an outspoken supporter of Trump, despite his policies towards trans people. 

"A painful example of someone who supported Trump and is now paying for that choice on their own skin," wrote one person on X, while a second added: "She literally voted for this lmfao."

Allman and Edwards had been friends for years before having a one night stand and in 2010 Ever was born, with Edwards saying that last year Cher learned she had a granddaughter after calling her up.

She told the Sun on Sunday that when the truth came out the singer was 'speechless' at learning her family was larger than she thought. Kayti said: "Cher got in touch with me last June and asked if it was true, so I had to confess. “He would pop in every couple of years but would just say hello," she explained. “It wasn’t until 2021, when he overdosed on drugs, that he blurted out to his then-wife that he had a child. This is what started the rumours in the family. “He then sent me a text message to say he wanted to make amends." So Cher has been able to spend time with her granddaughter and they're still in contact. The singer had in the past said she wanted grandkids, as in 2018 while doing press for the second Mamma Mia film she said she wished she did have grandchildren. 

Kayti said it had been 'nothing but a good experience', and that 'Cher is also very protective of Ever' now she knows she's got a granddaughter. Ever only recently learned that Elijah was her biological father after he was arrested, until then she'd thought he was 'just a family friend'.

Unfortunately for the 78-year-old, however, it's not a role she'll maintain forever. If Camilla outlives the King, she'll see his heir, Prince William, step up to the plate in a process that will be immediate and automatic upon Charles' death. 

William's ascension to the throne will happen simultaneously with his wife, Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, becoming his Queen Consort. This move won't strip Camilla of her former royal prowess entirely, however. The mother-of-two will inherit a brand new title, 'Queen Dowager'. When it comes to her current responsibilities, it'll be William's prerogative as to whether she'll keep them up after the King's death. 

As a reminder, Camilla is currently the 'Patron or President' or 'over 90 charities', Buckingham Palace's website claims. It may well be that William sees it fitting for Kate to fill her stepmother-in-law's shoes in this professional capacity. 

Royal commentators have largely divided views on this matter, given that Camilla has, as one source told US Weekly recently, 'always had a tense relationship' with William and his brother, Harry. He and Camilla had been romantically involved both before and during his marriage to Diana, who famously told the BBC: "There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded." 

Royal author Christopher Andersen also claimed recently that, despite 21 years having gone by since Charles and Camilla's wedding, William still 'tolerates' his stepmother, and she is equally 'a little afraid' of him. It's worth noting, however, that it's also highly possible that Camilla might seek to retire from public life in the aftermath of her husband's passing. A friend of hers recently told The Telegraph: "The Queen Consort has spent most of her life as a private citizen, so she understands the meaning of shutting your front door and having a place to yourself. "Ray Mill is the only place where she can literally and metaphorically kick off her shoes and spend time with family and friends in a really informal setting. It’s an escape from royal life, and it will be treasured even more greatly now." 

It could also be that William disallows Camilla from remaining at Clarence House once he becomes King, whether she wishes to or not.

Fans went wild as Bieber performed his nostalgic 2009 track from his debut album My World, before bringing Eilish up on stage who dropped to her knees in shock as Bieber serenaded her. This all comes after he ruffled feathers over comments about Greenland, and also issued a brutal demand to the United Kingdom, saying it and other countries should 'go get their own oil'. He has also said on record that he is considering pulling out of NATO due to the refusal to give Greenland to the US. 

His threats towards Iran have also continued, with Tehran warning of 'devastation' if he goes through with it. Trump has been impeached twice before, during his first term as president. How does impeachment happen? 

According to the US Constitution, impeachment must begin in the House of Representatives. It occurs when a president is accused of “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”, as laid out in Article II, section 4 of the US Constitution. 

As it stands, the Democrats are in the minority in the House, which means any impeachment against Trump is likely to fail. Even if the Democrats were to become the majority again, impeachment is still the first step on a long ladder to remove a president from office.

Who would replace Donald Trump if he was impeached? 

If Trump were to be impeached again, and the two thirds majority was reached, and the senate voted for him to be removed (which has never happened in US history), he would be replaced by the Vice President. As it stands, that would fall to JD Vance, the same as would happen if Trump were to pass away while in office. 

Whether he could then go on to be elected for another term, depends on how long left there was of Trump's original term. Of all of the presidents to have been impeached, none have resigned or stepped down. Richard Nixon chose to resign from office in 1974 when it became known that he would be impeached by the House, andmost likely convicted by the Senate. He was later pardoned for any alleged misconduct by his successor, Gerald Ford.

Despite Dennis being 40 and Holden being 22, the pair struck up a friendship. Eventually, this blossomed into a romantic relationship, with the duo saying ‘I do’ two years later. The lavish ceremony was held in Bournemouth in June 1995, but things took a turn five years later when it emerged the Kiss Me Kate star had been unfaithful. 

And according to Dennis, who famously hosted Family Fortunes for 15 years, he should’ve known it was doomed from the start because of what a plumber said to him. Meanwhile, Dennis - who later claimed that ‘all the hurt that has happened has been healed’ - married Claire Nicholson in 2009. Years ago, the Liverpudlian reflected on the moment that he ‘should have known’ that his marriage to Holden would never have lasted. The father-of-three recalled that a plumber arriving at his house to fix white goods had somewhat of a ripple effect. Despite their split, Holden has said that she holds ‘no hard feelings’ towards her ex-husband. “I wish him the best, but we've both moved on. I don't believe women have affairs for no reason. Women don't seek sex - we seek love and affirmation,” she claimed. The Heart Breakfast radio show host has also previously alluded to another ‘brutal’ reason why her first marriage wouldn’t have worked out. 

“I terribly want children but I didn't want to have them with Les. That's a horribly brutal thing to say, but when you do, you know you have to move on.” So essentially, if Dennis and Holden had listened to the plumber, they could’ve saved themselves a lot of time and heartache.

On Friday night (17 April), Hulk Hogan and Andre The Giant’s historic showdown at WrestleMania III was honoured with the Immortal Moment Award at the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026. The polarising WWE wrestler was also mentioned by his long-time friend and 2026 Celebrity inductee Dennis Rodman, 64, who wore a T-shirt depicting his likeness. 

The event came nine months after Hogan - born Terry Gene Bollea - suffered a fatal heart attack at his home in Florida while recuperating from an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion operation. Hours before his iconic WrestleMania match was inducted into the wrestling Hall of Fame, Page Six published a report claiming that Hogan’s daughter, Brooke, 37, ‘regretted’ removing herself from his will in 2023. The Brooke Knows Best star told the publication that before he died, she served as her father’s ‘protector’ and that she ‘loved him more than anything’ despite their fallout. 

Brooke claimed that, at the time, she elected to cut herself off from the Hogan estate for her own ‘sanity’ or ‘safety’. However, she now has regrets that aren’t motivated by money, but rather because she felt as if she no longer had a ‘place to get answers’. “There were situations that had me so scared,” the businesswoman said during an appearance on Dax Holt and Adam Glyn’s Hollywood Raw Podcast.

“I really took myself off the will because I was actually scared for myself, my family, my safety.” Elaborating further, Brooke told Page Six while promoting her new wine brand, House of Stars: “The reason why I regret it is because I do not have a place now to get answers. The singer said she did not like not being able to have a 'seat at the table' where his estate is concerned (Vince Bucci/Getty Images) “I can’t do anything to help my dad after his death, or to find out answers, or to avenge him in any way, shape or form, because the people that I so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare,” she claimed. 

During the Hollywood Raw podcast, the mother-of-two added that she deplored her past actions because she no longer had a ‘seat at the table’. Hogan is set to become the subject of a new Netflix four-part documentary, Hulk Hogan: Real American, which lands on the streaming service on 22 April.

Zohran Mamdani, 34, assumed office in January of this year after crushing his opponents in a mayoral campaign that centered around the spiralling cost of living hikes that have made life in the Big Apple harder for many of its residents. 

And his tax filings reveal why Mayor Mamdani was so effective in his messaging around these issues, as they showed that he and his wife Rama Duwaji, 28, had a combined household income in 2025 of $145,000. 

This places them only slightly above average income for people in the area, which city data shows is around $129,600. While this is significantly above the nationwide median income of $83,000, finance firm SmartAsset estimates that New Yorkers need to earn over $158,954 just to live 'comfortably'. Duwaji, a graphic designer, earned just $8,860, after deducting $500 for art supplies. 

However, their financial situation has improved immensely since Mamdani assumed the highest office in the city, which comes with a handsome salary of $258,000 as well as free accommodation in the mayor's Gracie Mansion. This will be boosted a small amount by a bizarre income stream that also emerged when the mayor made his tax filings public after the Wednesday deadline. That is, royalties from his former music career. 

For those who weren't aware of what Mamdani did before he held public office, New York's photogenic mayor was actually a rapper, recording under the name 'Mr Cardamom'. One of his biggest tracks was 'Nani', dedicated to his grandmother.

The couple also earned $1600 from what his spokesperson said was a 'mutual fund'. 

The mayor also earned a small amount of interest from two accounts amounting to just $236, likely related to his successful parents , his father a Columbia University professor and his mom a successful movie director. His representative also confirmed that the mayor had donated to charities in the past year, despite no donations appearing in the couple's filings. This is because Mamdani took the standard deduction rather than an itemized list of contributions. 

Releasing these tax filings to the public has become standard transparency practice for the city's mayors, as well as a number of other high-profile officials. This included Mamdani's scandal-laden predecessor Eric Adams, whose tax filings revealed that he had been writing off rat mitigation measures at his rental property in Brooklyn. 

But the delivery driver has now found himself 'without any functional teeth' after the botched procedure and says he can no longer even bite into a 'soft' bit of cake. 

He is now desperately trying to raise funds to help him fix his gnashers - as he's lost his confidence, often doesn't want to leave the house and fears the problem will ultimately 'ruin' his relationship. 'My teeth would crumble while I ate' 

Paramedics had to knock his front teeth out to fit a breathing tube down his throat, while the accident itself also 'caused significant trauma to his teeth'. "I noticed my teeth crumbling and deteriorating quite soon after the accident," Jon explained. "I then had metal fixations put into my jaw for ages afterwards during recovery, so I couldn't really brush my teeth. 

"When they started getting really bad, I knew I needed help. But the cheapest quote I got in England was between £20,000 to £30,000, which I couldn't afford. "My teeth would crumble while I ate and I had constant tooth ache. If I bought a burger, I had to cut it up like you did when you were little." 

Jon said he found himself 'covering his mouth' when conversing with people to disguise his decaying teeth, while he also avoided smiling as he was so self-conscious. The dad, from Hertfordshire, then decided to explore his options with dentists in Turkey - and he found a practice with 'good reviews' that 'didn't pressurise you into booking' to help him fix his smile. 'It was a nine out of 10 excruciating pain' 

In January this year, he stumped up £3,500 and flew out to the country to undergo treatment, before handing over another £800 when he landed. He had 14 implants fitted into his mouth and claims that the clinic informed him he was a 'suitable' candidate for them. The following day, his new teeth were then glued in. Due to having a phobia of needles and dentists, Jon was sedated during the procedures, which saw him spend six hours in the chair. 

According to a GoFundMe set up to help him pay for further dental work, 'all of his natural teeth were removed and 14 implants were placed into his gums, with temporary teeth cemented on'. But Jon says he was left in 'excruciating' pain in the wake of this and weeks after getting what he thought was his dream smile, his temporary teeth fell out when he returned to the UK. 

"When I came back, I was really happy but I was always in pain," Jon said. "I just thought it was part of the process. After the painkillers had worn off, it was a nine out of 10-excruciating pain. "The pain was constant and my mouth was throbbing. My temporary bottom teeth fell out, I laughed while sitting on the sofa and they just fell out. Excruciating pain followed. "I physically couldn't brush my teeth as they were so sore, it was becoming unbearable. They told me to fly back out and they'd reattach the teeth."

'It's the worst thing I've ever been through' 

Jon flew back to Turkey for a check-up in March and hoped that the dentist would help remedy the issues with his implants - but says he instead woke up from the procedure to find that all of his teeth had been taken out. "I remember waking up and there was nothing [no teeth] there," Jon said. "Other than the front one that was a bit sore, all the rest of the teeth were solid. There was no need to remove them all. 

"It was a shock to find they were all removed. For a couple of days, I just locked myself away. In comparison, I was in a better position before going to Turkey than I am now. "I know some people have gone to Turkey and got absolutely brilliant teeth but it's not the case for me. It's the worst thing I've ever been through. I wish I could turn back time." 

The GoFundMe claims that the clinic told Jon his 'gums had not healed and claimed he had diabetes and a disease, without clearly explaining what they meant'. "When Jon returned to the UK, he immediately saw his GP, who confirmed that he does NOT have diabetes," it states.

Jon said he was left 'devastated' when he woke up to find the dentist had removed all of his implants (Kennedy News and Media) "He also visited a dentist, who diagnosed a severe gum infection. He was told that the antibiotics previously prescribed were ineffective and was given a new course to properly treat the infection." The dentist in Turkey removed all the implants as they had allegedly failed. Jon says he was then offered the option of paying to have dentures fitted by the clinic or to get a partial refund of £2,700, which he opted for. 

The GoFundMe goes on to say that UK dentists have since informed Jon that he 'did not have sufficient bone to support the implants' and that he has 'no ridge, so dentures are not suitable for him'. Jon hopes to raise funds to help him afford a full set of implants, which are 'specifically designed for people with bone loss', to finally fix his smile. 

The dad, who is working more than 50-hour weeks to help save up for the treatment, added: "If I don't sort this out, it's going to ruin my relationship. I wake up in a foul mood everyday and I don't want to go to work which is affecting my bills and income. The amount of pain I have gone through, I've got to go through it all again."

If the 17-person Commission votes against Trump, it will then be up to Vice President JD Vance to approve the removal of the president if he is 'mentally or physically unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office'.

It comes as the most recent Economist/YouGov Poll revealed that 56 percent of Americans disapprove of Trump's job handling, while just 38 percent approve. What is the 25th Amendment? The 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified in 1967 after the confusion that followed from the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. 

It explains what happens if a US president dies, resigns, or cannot carry out their duties. Section 4 allows the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet to declare the president unable to serve, making the vice president acting president. Will Vance vote out Trump? White House spokesman Davis Ingle criticised the proposal, which has 50 Democratic co-sponsors, and said to The Independent: "Lightweight Jamie Raskin is a stupid person’s idea of a smart person.

"President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the last administration when Democrats like Raskin intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people." Could Trump get a third term?

That’s because there are other ways to become president besides being elected. 

The 22nd Amendment only stops someone from being elected president again - not from serving - which leaves a legal loophole. A second way to become president is to be chosen by the House of Representatives. This happens only if no candidate wins a majority of the Electoral College votes. 

The 12th Amendment gives the House this power to 'choose' the president, while the 20th Amendment explains what happens if no one is chosen in time or if the chosen or elected president dies before taking office. In that case, the vice president-elect temporarily becomes president until the situation is resolved.

Even though cannabis remains illegal and a Class B drug in the UK, according to data from the Crime Survey for England and Wales, it has been the most commonly used illicit substance in England and Wales every year since records began in 1995. 

Researchers at Washington State University recruited 120 cannabis users and randomly assigned them to inhale either real cannabis containing 20 or 40 milligrams of THC - the main psychoactive compound in cannabis - or a placebo. Participants then completed 21 different memory tests, many of which had never before been used in cannabis research. New research suggests that cannabis could be messing with memory formation in a way you wouldn't expect (Getty Stock Images) The results showed 70 percent of the participants had some level of memory impairment after consuming THC. And the worst side effect was false memory and recalling events or details that never happened. Why do these 'false memories' happen? Scientists think false memories happen when the brain tries to reconstruct incomplete information. 

Because THC weakens the recollection but leaves the general sense of familiarity intact, people may feel certain about memories that are inaccurate. "Relative to placebo, cannabis increased susceptibility to false memories and detrimentally impacted verbal memory (immediate, delayed, working), visuospatial memory (immediate, delayed), event-cued prospective memory, source memory, and temporal order memory," the researchers wrote. 

"There were no significant differences between the moderate and high dose groups." Carrie Cuttler, an associate professor and co-author of the 2026 study, told National Geographic: "You are activating certain pathways to create a memory and to recall something, you are trying to reactivate that same pathway." Authors said it was 'the first study to detect acute effects of cannabis on prospective memory and temporal order memory, which is important because these tests better reflect everyday memory and predict daily functioning'.

"Collectively, these results indicate that acute cannabis use has broad detrimental effects on most domains of memory rather than selectively impairing a limited number of these domains," they added. Cuttler, however, notes that the side effect isn't likely to impact you in the same way alcohol does and can. 

“Acute alcohol intoxication is generally more disruptive to memory than cannabis," said Cuttler. She explained that THC side effects can also dramatically reduce after 'a person abstains from cannabis for a month'. The twins lived for 62 years, and they passed away on 7 April 2024, defying doctors' predictions that they wouldn't live past the age of 30. Prior to their death, Lori and George held the Guinness World Record for the oldest living conjoined twins, a title they'd held since 2022. 

Despite sharing part of their brain and being attached at the head, George kept a secret from Lori for most of their lives. George - who was assigned female at birth and named Dori - revealed to The Sun in 2010: "I have known from a very young age that I should have been a boy. "I loved playing with trains and hated girly outfits. I kept my desire to change sex hidden - even from Lori - for many years." 

After coming out as a trans man in 2007, he changed his name and began to finally live as his true gender identity. "It was so tough, but I was getting older and I simply didn’t want to live a lie. I knew I had to live my life the way I wanted," he said. 

While Lori admitted it was an initial 'shock' when George first broke the news to her, she has since said she is 'so proud' of him. "It was a huge decision but we have overcome so much in our lives and together we are such a strong team. Nothing can break that," she added.

George added: "Most people don’t believe us but we do have very normal lives. "We travel, tidy our flat and Lori has even had a boyfriend. Nothing stops us doing what we want." 

The twins also lived independent lives after moving out of their parents' place at 21. Lori explained: "Now we have a two-bedroom flat and alternate the nights we sleep in each other’s rooms. "My room is much more girly and reflects my personality, while George’s has all his music posters." 

In a 1997 documentary, they were asked if they’d ever be separated. George said: "Absolutely not. My theory is: why fix what is not broken?"
